Stephen selected for Faces of a Vibrant Economy

Grant Thornton, one of the world’s largest professional services networks of independent accounting, has selected Stephen as one of its 100 Faces of a Vibrant Economy.

These Faces include business leaders, entrepreneurs, local government innovators and third sector trailblazers, recognised for their commitment to developing an economy that enables people, organisations and communities to flourish.

The Faces are chosen according to different categories such as growth, innovation, purpose and giving back to the wider community.

These individuals are nominated by the public, their colleagues and Grant Thornton offices across the UK. The Vibrant Economy Commissioners then partake in a judging process to select the final list of Faces.

Each year, Grant Thornton celebrates these Faces with a portrait exhibition in central London, taken by a world-renowned photographic agency.

Stephen Beech, who will be attending the exhibition, said, “I am honoured to be joining an exclusive community of like-minded leaders, who are committed to inspiring future generations as much as I am.”

He also added, “Not many of these Faces are based in Manchester. I, therefore, feel especially proud to represent my city and all the innovation that goes on here.”
