For investors buying completed property, they have the benefit of being able to view the property they are buying, and in many cases, finance the purchase with a mortgage.

Whilst investors buying completed properties will need to provide funds soon after reservation and exchange of contracts, they have the added benefit of being able to earn rental returns from day one.
