PRESS RELEASE: Beech bolsters residential team with senior hire

Beech Holdings has appointed a development director to continue its goal to deliver residential schemes across the north of England.

Neil Baumber joins the team after eight and a half years at Peel L&P as director of development, residential.

With a BTR pipeline of over 1000 units across the North of England and additional new sites in negotiations, Neil will be integral to bringing these Beech Holdings units to completion.

Neil helped deliver a pipeline of circa 6000 mixed-tenure homes in his previous role, developed joint ventures and negotiated land sales. He was also integral to launching a BTR platform for Institutions at Peel L&P. With over 20 years in the property sector, he’s excited to drive the Beech Holdings’ BTR and City Co-Living product offerings alongside the growing team.
