Manchester named the highest-ranking residential investment city in the UK

Manchester is the highest-ranking English city for residential investment, according to a recent report by commercial real estate firm, Colliers.

In the latest edition of its UK’s top UK Residential Investment Cities report by Colliers, Manchester is the highest-ranking English city for residential investments, assuring both UK and international investors that the North-West city is the right choice for their investment ventures.

This bi-annual report focuses on 20 locations across the UK, and takes into account 24 different factors, including GDP, the average population growth, EPC ratings, and leisure and amenity facilities on-site.

With five categories to consider; economy, research and development, liveability, property, and sustainability, this covered the various points of interest that residential investors typically consider.
