Hat trick of awards for Beech

Beech was recognised at the Global Energy Institute Awards, the Landlord & Letting Awards and celebrated with the best of British business at the Chamber Awards.

At the Global Energy Institute Awards Beech was commended in the prestigious Energy Excellence category. The Energy Institute is the professional body for the energy industry delivering good practice and professionalism across the sector. This year’s awards saw entries from across the world including Canada, Nigeria, and India. The energy excellence award gives recognition to outstanding achievement across the industry with judges looking for originality of concept and setting energy industry standards. When presented with the award by Professor Brian Cox OBE, Stephen commented that it was a great honour to be recognised with such world leaders of the energy industry.

At the annual Landlord & Letting Awards Beech was the winner of 2011/12 Green Landlord of the Year. The awards are the premier nationwide rented sector awards in the UK and recognise and reward the best in the industry. This year’s awards were received over 1000 entries and were presented by TV presenter and property investor Melissa Porter on 16 November 2011.

Beech was named regional winner in the sustainability category at the Chamber Awards 2011. The Chamber Awards were launched by the British Chambers of Commerce in 2004 to recognise and celebrate business excellence through the successes and achievements of its Accredited Chambers Commerce and their members. Recognising environmentally friendly British businesses, the Sustainability Award is designed for the company that demonstrates environmental best practice, ethical best practice or sustainable development.
