Beech submits plans for Warwick House

Beech Holdings has submitted plans to transform an office building in Old Trafford into high-spec apartments for rent to young professionals and students.

Warwick House will feature a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, all designed to conserve energy and maximise daylight to the highest potential. The low-carbon apartments will be let to young professionals and students.

As the most significant economic region in the UK, Manchester – particularly Old Trafford near the city centre – has seen remarkable growth over the past few years, with a population boom that is predicted to continue over the next decade.

The £350 million Trafford Park line will run through Trafford Park, which is Europe’s largest trading estate and currently houses over 1,400 businesses, whilst employing 33,000 people.
