Beech expands into Bridgewater House

Beech Design & Build – an umbrella company of Beech Holdings – has occupied an additional 5,300 sq ft of space at Bridgewater House.

The company already occupies 1,000 sq ft of office space on the third floor of Bridgewater House – a grade II-listed building located on Whitworth Street. Due to rapid growth within the Beech Group, Beech Design & Build has taken out a five-year lease to accommodate additional staff, with the total employee count now rising above 140 across all four businesses.

Building asset manager APAM has recently invested £1m in refurbishing the Bridgewater House reception area, which boasts meeting pods, a coffee shop and informal seating areas.

Just a five minute walk away from Beech Holdings’ Oxford Street headquarters, Bridgewater House benefits from an excellent location close to Oxford Road Station and Manchester Piccadilly. The Oxford Street headquarters currently accommodates staff from three of the Beech Group’s companies: Beech Holdings, professional lettings agency Manchester Apartments and Beech Design & Build. Student lettings company Beech Properties has been based at Great Western Street in Rusholme for the past year.
