Fully tenanted building

Constructed as a warehouse in the 1930s, this red brick four-storey property in the Northern Quarter has been converted into 21 sustainable, high-spec apartments. The building has been vacant since 2013 after it was previously used as office space. Little Lever Street is situated in Manchester’s most popular district, the Northern Quarter, and tenants are well served by independent shops, bars and restaurants. Little Lever Street is just a few minutes’ walk to Manchester’s central business district, making it the ideal base for those working in central Manchester. To add interest to the building’s elevation, Little Lever Street features a bee mural designed by modern mural painter Peter Barber.

I'm an international investor and my priority was to find an opportunity with yields higher than bonds and a risk lower than investing in shares with a reasnable appriciation. Having a second home and a passive monthly income was also part of my objectives. I'm happy with the advice I've been given. I appreciate the transparency and clarity with Beech’s communication.

I have a varied property portfolio and I wanted a property with a good yield and minimum possible risk. After 30 years, the purchase I made with Beech Holdings was possibly the best decision I’ve made as a property investor. The organisation is very switched on and I’m very impressed with the service.

I first met Stephen Beech in 2013 and my gut feeling told me I can trust him. When I talk to other people investing in property and they say how much they're making, it makes me realise that I’m a lucky man. The best thing is that I don't have to do anything and If I ever need something, I know I can pick up the phone and there's always someone who'll look after me.
