Project completed in January 2018 and sold out in February 2018
Fully tenanted building
Constructed as a warehouse in the 1930s, this red brick four-storey property in the Northern Quarter has been converted into 21 sustainable, high-spec apartments. The building has been vacant since 2013 after it was previously used as office space. Little Lever Street is situated in Manchester’s most popular district, the Northern Quarter, and tenants are well served by independent shops, bars and restaurants. Little Lever Street is just a few minutes’ walk to Manchester’s central business district, making it the ideal base for those working in central Manchester. To add interest to the building’s elevation, Little Lever Street features a bee mural designed by modern mural painter Peter Barber.
