Project completed in August 2015 and sold out in November 2015
Situated in the heart of central Manchester
This project saw the conversion of an unloved 20,000 square foot building that had been derelict for over 10 years, into 35 contemporary low carbon apartments, constructed using environmentally friendly materials and products. These have been carefully selected to reduce the demand on natural resources and energy intensive manufacturing methods and are designed to reduce day-to-day living costs and encourage residents to lead more sustainably. As well as renovation to the existing three floors, a further floor was constructed to create penthouse apartments. The ground floor was converted to retail space bringing welcome facilities to part of the city centre that was in need of regeneration.
