Beech Holdings shortlisted for hat-trick of nominations at the 2021 North West Residential Property Awards.

After a year that has seen millions wiped off global stock markets due to the ongoing worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, traditional investors have started to look for an alternative, more secure, less-risky opportunities.

Nowhere is this more apparent than in the UK residential property market. Over the last 12 months, the UK property market has bucked all trends when it comes to the impact of Covid-19. With property sales at an all-time high, house prices on the rise, and tax breaks from the government, the last 12-months have been relatively positive for those in the industry – and nowhere will this be more celebrated than the annual property awards in 2021.

One such prestigious event is the North West Insider Residential Property Awards, which is due to take place in the summer of 2021. This event recognises the best of the best from the world of property across the North West – a region that becomes seemingly more important every year due to the growth of globally recognised investment hotspots like Manchester and Liverpool.

This year, we are delighted to announce that we, and our in-house lettings team, have been shortlisted in not one, not two, but three categories at the 2021 North West Insider Residential Property Awards. The three nominations are for:

‘Bespoke and Urban Developer of the Year’, which recognises our contribution to the development, re-development, and restoration of buildings. As well as our commitment to long-term sustainability at every level – from building right through to operation.

‘Deal of the Year’, which recognises our monumental deal with AIMS Investments over the summer of 2020. This award not only acknowledges the scale of the deal and the achievement of finalising it despite the difficulties caused by Covid-19, but it also recognises the positive impact that the deal will have on the local property market.

‘Residential Operator of the Year’ recognises the team’s commitment to providing the highest level of service when it comes to running our buildings, our consistently high levels of occupancy, customer satisfaction and renewals. As well as an ongoing commitment to operating buildings with sustainability and durability always front of mind.

Stephen Beech, CEO of Beech Holdings commented on the triple award nomination by saying; “We are honoured to be shortlisted for the 2021 North West Insider Property Awards. I think we can all agree that 2020 was a year like no other, and we are very proud to have achieved some of our biggest successes in what were very difficult times. Our partnership with AIMS Investments will see the expedited delivery of homes across the North West, and our commitment to the re-development and restoration of properties, along with our commitment to sustainability, will ensure those homes are around for the long-term, working with the environment rather than against it. In what has been an unprecedented year, our teams have excelled in their efforts and I am delighted to see them garner the recognition they deserve.”

The winners are due to be announced on the 15th of July. We hope you will join us in wishing all our colleagues the best of luck in all categories, and we look forward to sharing some exciting news with you following the event.
