Andrew Cordwell, Managing Director of Beech Design & Build, said: “2017 has already been a successful year for us and should be even more incredible with the design and construction of more environmentally sustainable and efficiently designed apartments. “In terms of expansion, the numbers speak for themselves. As of January 2017, Beech employed 95 full-time staff. As of today, we now employ 123 talented individuals, looking to reach around 170 by the end of 2017.”

The company’s team of experts work relentlessly to bring unloved historic buildings back to useful purpose and provide an affordable high standard and low carbon apartments to young professionals in the city centre.

Beech Design & Build is currently looking to immediately fill a number of new vacancies including a Senior Quantity Surveyor, architects, Senior Architectural Technicians, Project Planner, Project Manager, joiners and Site and Assistant Site Managers.

Andrew said that he encourages talented professionals to get in touch if they are up for a new challenge working in a dynamic and fast-paced design and build environment. He adds, “we are proud to offer a competitive entry salary, great working conditions, but more importantly, we provide career progression for the right people.”
